Halloween at MBS was fantastic. From the moment students arrived, the excitement was everywhere; there were costumes, decorations, and special events.
One of the biggest highlights of Halloween was the Haunted Hallway. The student government transformed the space into a dark, tunnel-like, walk-through filled with spooky surprises. Hanging cobwebs, scary music, and hidden jump scares made the experience thrilling for everyone. The scare people added to the creepy atmosphere and made the Haunted House a huge hit.

Costumes were also a major part of the celebration. Many students dressed up as their favorite characters and even made homemade costumes. From police officers to inflatable dinosaurs, there were all sorts of creative costumes. The middle school held its very own costume contest, giving students a chance to show off their outfits on stage at ASM. Winners were chosen based on creativity, effort, and best dressed.
A pumpkin decorating contest was held in the middle school, and the entries were some of the most creative the school has seen. Students transformed their pumpkins into creative characters, using paint, props, and glitter. All the pumpkins were displayed in the hallway, and students got to walk through and vote for one they thought was the best. The contest brought lots of excitement and competition, and everyone loved seeing how creative the pumpkins were.
Another favorite event was Trunk or Treat, organized for middle school students. Seniors decorated the trunks of their cars and passed out candy to children. It was a fun way for kids to enjoy trick or treating during the school day, and it added more happiness to the celebration of Halloween.
Overall, Halloween brought our school community together and filled the day with plenty of fun. From the haunted hallway to the colorful costumes and candy-filled trunks, it was a celebration that students will remember.
